An angular display typeface.
Process
Cut It Out is drawn from letter forms made whilst cutting paper with scissors in the Graphic Design lab at work. Simple rules were established to flesh out the rest of the faces characters after the original ‘A’ was physically cut. No curves, straight lines, random distribution of points.
